In Memory of Ian
I'll never know why you left me
I'll never know why you're gone
I'll never really know the reason
You had to say, 'so long'
All I'll ever know is that I miss you
And every night, I cry
And the next time I see you,
I'll have to ask you why
Why did you leave me?
Why did you go?
Is heaven more beautiful?
I really need to know.
For when I see you there
My eternal life will begin
Goodbye, my love,
Until we meet again
