It is a poem set to the land scape of the only English speaking south American country.
The land of many.

There is a land just over the Atlantic.
Where the flora, fauna and rivers flow.
In the only English speaking country of South America,
Diamonds twinkle and out number Gold.

From the fertile alluvial soils of Guyana, you’ll feast
on sweet yellow golden apple, passion fruits, and cantaloupe.
The rivers of this country give life to many lumber men sweet slumber as logs flow down the Essequibo.

The water here is neither white, blue or green but
Instead brown like the sand beneath the sea.
Red crabs from the Atlantic deck the wharf of the Demerara’s scenery.

Lets take a journey to the mighty Kaieteur
And make the chilly dive off
the back of a large black leather turtle.

Berbice , Essiquibo, and Demerara all up this
beautiful former British colony.
So if you are ever in South America
Stop on by, you’ll be surprise at what you’ll see.
