This poem I wrote for lost trust. Funny yeah?
Fingertips touching as they pull away
With space between grows the separation
Tragic thoughts are given foundation
Will I be remembered?
Will I be wept for?
Will my prayers be alone?
Or will they have comfort from that distant land?
The look, the eyes!

They are burned in me with a fury
Pray tell, are they real?
Or have I false memories?
Was that curving of your mouth
Forming your gentle frown
A real thing or pity for my obsession?

You cannot answer me
I cannot touch you
Separate are we, far apart
Dance in your heaven
As I long for you in hell
