Remember perished lust
a pair of star crossed lovers
sentenced to a tomb of tenacious temptation
a divine fruit tasted only once
boldly bruised i stand
tethered hands once knew another
a ghost haunts my mind
strung high a puppet of my own reflection
a sense of nonconformity
braces my fractured heart to break.
