My healing. My mom's healing. My grandma's healing. AMEN!
Healing began on a gentle day
One spring long ago
I didn't have the words to say
Exactly what I know

I do know though
That life is hard
But gives freedom unshy
I can express it in my words
Unlock my mouth and let them fly
Like trapped and restless birds.
