A simple word play of perception.
Your teasing paint tears
Shimmering, clear as blood
Haunt my euphoria
Tempt my rhapsody

Shun my paradox
Cut the strings
Shatter your reality
Blink anew
To perfectly flawed paper flowers

Knowing with blind eyes
Astonishing half smirks
Tint humanity jade
With unbridled envy

Ignorantly probed, assumption
Makes stars cast of forced hope

Barren cold wildflower fields
Suit our spectacle utopia
Of cracked puppet parts

Mirrors painted black
Show lovely skin-deep beauty
Wishing to be whole
If only to die
