A short poem about the divergence of the Young and Grown.
In the room, a moment ago there was a loud racket,
However, now there is a surprising silence.
The classroom has memories
Of every peculiar mysterious minute that has passed…
The most dominant of all are the little children,
Fooling around with their foolish games,
And at other times,
Mature adults having deep sentimental conversations there.

Who is really more fulfilled the youngster or the grown-up?
The little one who can enjoy little things,
Can be happy
Not understanding much, not having to understand much,
Just to be pleased,
Or the grownups having to understand too much-
The troubles in the world,
In the family,
With relationships…
And they are unhappy
For they are experienced...
Who is more mature in the heart?

The room is for sure an abnormal place,
A place where the irregular, unexpected, astonishing, unaccountable, and ineffable dwell…
