Standing at the grave of one who had spurned him.
I dance on your grave
I sing the songs of wiser men
Men who never fell
Men who died in colder graves than mine
I smile at the cold in my heart
Blue like frost, crystalline ice
I dance on your grave

The worms devour you
As I once did
With lips of praise
And tongues of lust
As I dance on your grave
I dance on your grave

A whore to the bitter end
You died as you lived
Alone
An ivory tower built on the backs of the weary
A fortress that was yours alone
Slave to the dark, a poisoned black heart
I dance on your grave

I dance on your grave
I sing the songs of wiser men
I laugh at the moon
And the moon smiles down
I dance on your grave
