Continuation from ||::-Blind-::||
I faltered in my meek stride,
Tumbling into a murky sea,
Where I lost the lantern
That guided me,

Regardless if the lantern knew the way.
It would shine
One moment
And be engulfed in darkness
The next;

Stars fell from the sky
And landed where no hope
Would be isolated from Pandora's Forbidden Box of Eden,
Nor be saved by by God's Son
In a flood of Styx's soulless river.

I felt nothing in that hollow sea,
Nothing that could move me,
And so I kept falling.
Finally, I could no longer feel the light
That grew distant from this

The light came back...
It was the sea in a veil of stars.
The door closed
And blocked itself without a key
As I returned floating back

Into the banks of total retribution and
Again on the mirrored roadway,
That reflected the sorrow of one who stared at it.
I looked down once,
And felt nothing.
