About trying to stay together.
It's not that I think we aren't “perfect together”
Or think “it's not you, it's me”
and I'm not a person only there for fair weather
But there's a twister in the distance says me.

There's a storm a brewin'
There's a trouble a stewin'
There's a little voice in my ear

All of the wanting
and all of the hoping
Can't make you be 'round here next year.
