random thoughts that came into my mind
a Night with no goal or idea
a mission with no definite conclusion
Stumbling from behind the Dj box
searching for fresh air to fill
the lungs with grey smoke

You came with her and ended
up intrigued by me.
Between us the sparks started
flying, like 2 blades slashing
through the air

Back and forth, it was endless, tiring
and exhilarating.
My comments were sharp and
stung to your core
Your replies made me think
harder faster

As the drinks started slowing down,
we started touching on those,
unsaid but very obvious feelings.
Questions were the one thing
we truly had in common.

Who would give in first,
reveal the most.

People seemed concerned, yet
we did not see or hear them,
at a place of at least two dozen
people we disappeared.

Time was running out,
we both knew this was it,
what more can we say
to make the other stay?
