feeling of being the odd one out.
Whenever I'm around them
they talk about me like I'm not there,
I wonder if they realise
or if their even aware.
That they ever had a daughter
that was just like me
They only notice two children,
so why did they have three?
I feel an odd one out,
an ugly duckling of the crew
When I see them as a family,
it just feels even more true.
So as I stand here in the kitchen
and they chat along,
I wonder if the notice,
That something might be wrong.
