with what they do
Oh the Lines!
         solid, heavy, full; jumpy, anxious; even, plumpy, pull.
Deranged and yet they sing so fine–
      wanting to be yours instead of mine
                                                     they jump
and drag to boast but brag the way they
                   never hump
for Offspring produces a lump.

Oh the Lines!  with their drastic punctuation–sought to gasp;
         Making you pause, to look them over again;
        to look them over again;
again whats wrong with a second glance:
another chance to grasp(great
                                       ) it looks like inflammation.

Oh the Lines!  that breathe and die…
         ^with their ridiculous repetition
                                   on a mission
cast through flame and billowed up to fly in preaching
                   who do they think they’re teaching?

Oh the Lines!
         who seem to carry on into the night
               so elevated and undulated
oh and from the left you can see them in the distance running on down to the right.
         Smearing the page with grins for its their stage,
                             and hands are merely puppets,
                             and voices merely muppets,
and oh the lines.
