a praise to good father's
When troubles come in hurricanes,
and sorrows join the storm,
I've got nothing to worry 'bout,
'cause my Daddy's near;
And nothin's gonna hurt Daddy's little girl.

When I tumble down the steps,
when I'm bruised and hurtin all over,
His gentle hands will wipe away any tears.
Nothin's gonna hurt Daddy's little girl.

When some new guy comes callin,
stand's under my Daddy's judging eye,
I almost gotta giggle.
My Daddy's always watching,
'cause nobodies gonna hurt Daddy’s little girl.

When my car breaks down on the highway,
and I'm surrounded by the night,
I know my Daddy's waitin,
everything's gonna be alright,
'cause nothins gonna happen to Daddy’s little girl.

No matter what comes at me,
I knows I'm always safe,
'cause my Daddy's right beside me-
and nothins gonna hurt my Daddy's little girl.
