after something tragic changes you
A soul determined to fight, and break
withdrawn into a mind of hopelessness
betrayal of faith, with trust never have existed
given up on ever trying, only falling
driving away, hoping to disappear
get away, leave back all your fear
all your worthlessness, they can keep
all those memories, you don't need

And you'll cry because you hurt
with a broken heart, it's hard to breathe
wanting to escape this life
forget them, you already lost the fight
a friend, an enemy, someone you don't even know
now you feel all alone, and so cold

But something has changed, you're not yourself
your reflection is so foggy now
feeling as if you lost everything, lost yourself
the sky is so dark, the birds don't fly
and when you look in the reirview, you'll whole world has turned gray

They say appreciate what you have, someday it'll all be gone
forget regrets, they mean nothing
but whats to appreciate in a life so spinning
and all you can do is continue forgetting.
