Losing the unwanted
And seeing the reflection
There's just no perfection
Still
Some unwanted remains
More work and starvation
Only to cause pain
To look at the reflection
Yet again
Just no satisfaction
Only furthering this stupid, horrible obsession...
Survival
Way of life
This all becomes
Until knocked down unconscious
Wake up
And realize
Nothing really matters
But the beauty inside
