an observation of an existing life invisible to the crowd, beautiful to the few
Believe Me to be a Chiffon Blind

believe me to be a chiffon blind
invisible to the monotonous eye
a world moves around me, blowing me gently, thrusting me harshly
a life of mine, no simple pattern, with crossed threads and trailing strands
yet, only a glance may startle, yet, only a glance may stir away,
yet one glance, one glimpse, may draw together and bind the fibres
the fibres beautiful when close up, glorious when examined, and endearing when known by each atom:
the stroke of the soft texture, the smell of the journey, the sound of its billowing,
and the taste of the love it can give.
