A shallow thought

Begets a callous deed

Birthed from naught

But petty greed

Beware this monster

You do feed



False words flow with practiced ease

To satisfy a need to win

Lies float on the a scornful breeze

The sounds of careless sin

Beware this darkened journey

You will soon begin
