Dedicated to the anniversary of our landing on the moon, July 20, 1969.
Forty years ago, Neil Armstrong took a step that would forever begin our destiny into space history. He and the other wonderful astronauts have shown the courage and determination to explore space. They would answer questions. They would also later perform experiments that would benefit mankind. They are the amazing part of our first chapter in space travel.
We must thank these men and women who took the challenge. We must also remember those who worked on earth to support them and bring them home safely.
It is this wonderful team effort that we must not let die. We have the intelligence and resources to go beyond our moon. Even though these steps may be small in comparison to what the future will accomplish, we can proceed to other moons and planets. As one famous space television show says in its introduction, we can "go where no man has gone before!"
