The death of soldiers
Here lays a soldier God, please accept his soul
He gave up his life, sometimes freedoms fatal toll

He's gone from us now, committed to his final rest
He's gone from us now, he with stood the final test

He was a good man Lord, in all his earthly deeds
He was a good man Lord, like many he answered his countrys needs

He left us months ago to fight on a foreign shore
He gave up his life Lord, we can't ask for any more

He'll be missed by many, not forgotten by most
For when he fought for freedom he traveled from coast to coast

And now that we stand around this place that we call his grave
We must always remember him everytime we see the American Flag wave

Let us also teach our children what freedoms all about
That sometimes freedom isn't quiet and sometimes you'll hear death's shout

So God Bless those men and women who died representing the red white and blue
Those heros in uniform, Americans through and through

And now the bugler plays the taps for the soldiers in the ground
those soldiers
Those soldiers who fought for freedom, that are now heaven bound
