Figuring out how to pick up the peices.
Thank you so much,
For screwing with my head,
You don’t know what you did,
But you meant what you said.

You broke me to pieces,
My head and my heart,
Then you stepped on the pieces,
As I fell apart.

You said no to me,
And I was okay,
Then you said sorry to her,
And left me to stay.

All I wanted,
was one simple word,
A “sorry” that’s it,
I don’t think that’s hard

You were so willing,
To forgive her for nothing,
And I just kept waiting,
And you stopped talking.

What am I supposed to do,
Now that my heart is in other places,
Because I’m done waiting,
For you to pick up the pieces.
