Yeah, I stole the title.
Desire for voyage
Grips my heart.
First, find a vessel
And my journey may start.

Slicing through blue ocean
Like fish line through soft dough.
My craft and I form a bond
As along, gently, we flow.

I thought my boat a beauty
As we cruise through the bay.
I then see as pretty a ship,
Making it harder for me to stay.

Though my lover her has bloomed,
And our bond has become strong;
My attraction for the other ship
Has left feeling wrong.

For I feel dedication
To the one I love so much.
But I have grown obsessed
With feeling another vessel's touch.

I want to be rid of mine
And make the new one my own,
But I feel that I may regret
This swap that I have sewn.

Because the comfort I have with her
Could not be easily found,
And though the other is beautiful
Mine is better all around.
