A fathers' prayer for his children
It is late they are in bed I just said goodnight.
On my way out I tell them I love you, turn out the light.
I share stories from the Bible to teach them wrong from right.
Prepare them for the day they will be out of my sight.
Do all that I can to equip them for lifes' fight.
In the end I pray they stand on the Lords' might.
