Oh for mortals'
simple souls
and tender hearts
that break.

For gentle lovers'
Passion swells
Temptation
is at stake.

Condemned by love
When lust devours
Your conscience
it will take.

Reason rather
falls like sand
Though desperate grips
you make.

Encompassed
by ecstacy
from which
you cannot shake.

Released then
from desire
The fantasy
you partake.

Eternity bound
Destiny found
And all for
passion's sake.
