part 2 :: about the journey...A to how far I don't know
part 2:

Some of my friends say you have changed. But the thing is different still I am what I used to be. No doubt my life has changed a lot. After a very successful academic career and university life where I had a good job and secured future in one hand and a steady girlfriend in the other I was very optimistic and sure about my opinions about how should we peruse our lives to achieve our goals.

I was totally ignorant of the basic needs of a life…water, food, air and a girl (basically some of the body part of the last one I must say).

In the course of time things were changing very rapidly…far more rapidly than expected. I was frustrated and utterly confused about my opinions and moral health.
During that time I had a feeling that as my value system was in danger I need to experience more and more incidents sometimes funny sometimes seems to be very awkward. I used to take my dinner in the pavement with the beggars outside my office building…used to lighten up cigarettes before turning down the alarm clock. After returning from my rat ass office used to take several pegs of scotch and then return to my small bedroom …removing my socks or not was depend on the level of hangover. Sometimes I used to busy in meditation for not to take another peg of branded poison while enjoying the roars of college couples busy in their sexual intercourses (they used to use a bedroom next to my place for that occasion).

Though my habit of painting and writing film reviews were totally isolated their way far from my self created epidemic another passion cropped up my mind during that time or a little later. That time I used to spend my salaries very badly in a sense that I used to buy dresses randomly though often they were costly enough to make a normal creature rethink again and again. I can remember I used to leave the dresses unturned which suits me best coz I was looking too good wearing those. I used to ride horses in crowded roads in a busy city full of noises and vehicles for Rs.30 per ride. The horse keepers must be astonished enough to see my behaviour… a man of twenties behaves like a kid after riding a horse. That time I had lost 7kgs of my weight skipping my lunch and dinner randomly. After normal office hours I used to take a walk in the pavements of an unknown city (I was posted in a city which was not my hometown and was totally unknown to me naturally)…used to see the common man fighting for their living hood…the good and the bad man both are fighting for their bread. Street children their parents busy in taking food the vehicles the road hookers their eyebrows in short a city in action …

That was the time when I felt I need a camera to frame in all the beauties of a city all the agony when a city cries when it roars in pain or blushing in deep dark excitements. As I felt I bought a camera…
