A poem dedicated to Gaia.
As I lay 'neath the Starry Sky,
I Listen to the Voices around Me.
But I Wonder?
Do those who are Part of Me?
Do they hear My Voice?
I Whisper to All
Yet only a few hear Mine Ancient Voice
Do they Hear?
Can they feel My Pain
Can You feel My Sorrow?
O!
For those whom do!
The Rewards!
They once were rich!
But now,
Now I suffer.
The people no longer Care,
They are in Mourn.
And as I Am Them
And as They Are Me
I take,
Nay!
Bear their Ill Wills.
The few,
Oh...
The few whom still remember Me,
Who Love Me
Who Hear Me
Who Hear My Children!
They too feel the Pain
But they find Comfort in My Bed
The cover themselves with My Blankets,
And lay Entangled in My Children's arms.
They Give As They Take
And Take As They Give
...............................................
Such Are The Few Whom Live.
