From this point forward, I will not dry my tears.

Going forward, I won’t wipe my tears
And though my experience can be divided by decades,
My youth has survived those years.
And royalty is not a crown of jewels ,

It’s a soul that’s free
Fearless and unlimited by consensus and commonality,
Or the blood of heredity, That long ago held integrity,
Yet now is assumed and drenched, in arrogancy.

I glide through life’s journey on my own terms
Fashion is not “names” but mirrors reflecting what’s learned.
Comfort and flexibility,
Ease to breeze like a flying trapeze.

Knowing one day popularity,
Will be the result of individuality.
My relationships a result of authenticity.
Love, the fruit of sacrifices and the benefit of a colorful personality.

I am no martyr, but I understand God’s gift
I’m no tossed stone, cast in, to cause a rift.
Yet I’m certainly not a follower as in a school of fish.
More like the flock that flies, soaring into manifold designs.

Moving forward, I won’t wipe my tears

But embrace and allow them to build a bridge,
A bridge to the hearts of souls lost,
A bridge for the messages of love to get across.
To those with ears that hear and hearts that ask why ,

For innocence bruised by the devil’s lies.
For self esteems dwindled and those cast away.
Yes! I’ll cry for milleniums, so my tears will stay,
Clearing losses, achieving victories, conquering fears

Yes! Going forward I won’t wipe my tears.
