If only people would speak up then suicide may not happen.
Brittle petals of roses decayed
Symbols of love grown old or betrayed
Upon a corpse scattered
Or upon tables laid

Symbol of time which passes away
Symbol of night which follows the day
Symbol of death before it's time
Symbol of lust against the divine

Open the door into a heart
Or symbolize love as it does depart
Each piece is here from the open grave
The last song of minds depraved

Sing with me now
This dirge of time
The final song
Of love left behind

Leave the flowers upon her here
Never again rejection will she fear
Love drove her to this
Away from her life

If only she knew the number now
Of flowers on her grave
The gifts of those who never cared
Of those who did but were too scared

She is now gone without me
With her savior now to be
If I had spoken with her once
Would it have come to this

If she and I had not been lost
within the crimson fear
Would she have taken life in vain
And I lost one so dear
