timothy the zookeeper has found the love of his life only problem is she's his boss.
WORD COUNT 930 The cages were filled with old rotten food and monkey droppings; I was glad the chimps were being relocated and that I didn't have to work with them in the cage. I continued to sweep away all the crap in the cage when she appeared, a vision from a dream. Her name was Leia, yeah I know and I was her Han Solo, well at least I wished I was. She walked past the cage next to mine then stopped outside the door to the cage.
"Hi Tim,"
She said softly, all I could hear was a chorus of angels. I looked up nervously and waved. She motioned to me to do my work. Reality came flooding back and I was back in the cage and she was my boss again. I finished up the cage and went on my normal jobs, going around feeding all the animals. A pretty good gig overall, I especially liked feeding the big cats. Their beautiful soft coats and exotic roars was almost a new experience every day. Well it used to be before I met Leia now I can’t get my eyes off her and my mind away from her.

Arriving at my home I put my bag into the corner next to my fridge then got a drink. I sat down and tried to flush away the thoughts of Leia. Her beautiful voice and perfect smile she was a dream.

Knock, Knock. I awoke from my dream. Cleaning up my lounge room quickly I hurried over checked the peep hole in my door. It was her; I didn't know what to do. I nervously opened the door and watched as she fell into my arms crying. I hugged her close a dream come true but this did not feel good, she was crying and I didn't like it. After about thirty seconds she looked up and told me everything that had happened. I didn't think that it was that much of a problem, well actually I couldn't understand most of it through her blubbering, but as far as I could tell she was being payed out by some random drunks. I sat him down and gave her a drink as well s some chocolate, works wonders with women apparently. After about twenty minutes she thanked me and walked out. I should have known nothing would happen I mean she's my boss. I got out a TV. Dinner and tried to eat away my sorrows.

I was back in the chimp cage, it had been about three weeks since Leia turned up at my house and to my surprise she had been paying more attention to me. I decided today was the day I would have to ask her out on a date. She came up to the cage and we talked for a while. It took me allot of thinking but I finally had a way to ask her, and it worked, we were going on a date.

I arrived at the restaurant early totally freaking out, she wouldn't let me pick her up she said she wanted to drive her own car, I think it is because we lived about an hour apart. I didn't mind though but I couldn't push my luck on the first date. I waited outside for her to arrive, when she did I opened the door for her pulled out her seat and told her dinner was o me. I had to do everything right for a chance of a second date.

Dessert was served two large chocolate mud cakes, with a side of freshly whipped cream. Leia smiled and took a mouthful.
"It's delicious," she said her mouthful; I couldn't help but smile she was so herself here, more than she was at work.
"I mum look I really do love you," I finally had said it, I felt really proud of myself but I was also dreading the next remark, what if she doesn't love me.
"I love you to Timmy; I just never had the guts to ask you out."
Finally I was happy, in fact more happy than I had been ever.

Work was great and every weekend was better because we spent it all together. We had been dating for about two years now and it was time for the question. I had invited her to a gondola cruise, a movie Ana then a final surprise I would take her to the restaurant where we had our first date and then I would propose. I turned up at her house to pick her up. Leia walked out in the most amazing red dress.
"You look beautiful," I said. The Gondola cruise was a disaster the boatman was drink and he kept splashing us. The movie was even worse Leia couldn't watch, luckily I hated it to, so I walked out with her. My thoughts were racing I knew she had hated this date but this was the fifth time I was going to try and propose to her. I told her to follow me and I lead her through the park and into the restaurant they already had our meals out ready. Steak with white sauce and gourmet chips for me and a ceaser salad for her. The meals we ordered on our first date.
"Timothy, what's this?" I knelt down and pulled out the ring, I struggled to get the words out and fainted before she could answer, I awoke in an ambulance to see Leia leaning over me with the ring on her finger she smiled and said "Yes."
