This poem is about the many unique and beautiful people that abound in our world.
UNIQUENESS

In this world many different stories are told,
Stretching out as far as our hearts can hold.

Feats of strength, bold obsessions and bodies bizarre,
With quirky talents to share, these people come from afar.

Unique because they don’t fit society’s boxes you see,
Right or wrong, who’s to say, in their uniqueness they just be.

Who is more, or who is less in the contest to be best?
To solve the problem, can you or I devise a test?

Is it Man or is it God, who sets the standards of our life,
To decipher this, throughout history there has been much strife.

Weird and wacky, wonderful and new,
To the tapestry of life, lets add another view.

For if we just made the choice to love and accept,
In our hearts, room for only joy and peace would be left.
