An Etheree poem about the bonding between a child and mother.
A Single Etheree poem written for Week 3, Poetic Explorations, offered from the child's point of view.

A mother and child.

Mom,
I'm blessed
to have you
as my mother.
I'm small, and yet safe,
I babble, and you coo,
I cry, and you console me.
I offer little in return
for all your unconditional love.
My heart and life are yours, now and always.
