The Wall Breaker

The creek of the old house was haunting. The rain dripped down
from the weathered roof onto the floor. Olympia muttered an old song
"Old Grandfather Diddle Daddle Jump in the mud puddle, green cap
and yellow shoes. Guess all your loftiness and you can't guess the
News." She laughed without making a sound and swayed sitting on the
wet floor. Her belly was ready to burst. She could feel the child reaching
for a way out. There was so much she could tell her child.
"Jolly hop-skip from mud puddle to mud puddle." she whispered.
She heard someone outside. The child was breaching. "A hole in the
mud-chur-rub." she gasped. Solders walked in and stood over her.
"Making more hamburger?" one of the solders growled. She could only
smile and push. The solders watched, drenched from the storm.
The child can forth and cried as Olympia pressed him to her breast.
"Well, another recruit. Your with us now lady." the commander said.
The solders sat down on the old furniture and rested. Olympia smiled
      and rocked her child.
"Are you asleep, two eyes? Are you awake, little kid, milk?"
she whispered to her son. Olympia raised both her hands with a gun
in each one and shot each solder dead. She collected their rations and
weapons. She was not of their tribe. She would find her people after the
storm. "Little toad, with the crooked leg; open quick the door, I beg.
And see who stands without." she said to her son. Olympia reconnoitered.
She was an elite recon. Soon she would return to her lines and relay her
maps. "Little lamb in the pond, what shall I name you?" she said.
There was a book on a broken desk nearby. She read the title, "Elohim."
"Elohim shall be your name for the rest of your days." Olympia proclaimed.
She placed the babe in one of the solder's back packs and took his gear.
"Chur-rub, chur-rub. Now, we sharpen our knives to take a swim in the deep,
deep sea." Olympia said as she placed camoflauge makeup on.
She made her Way into the night.+
