For once in life.... set me free !!!
I feel the warmth of the sun and smirk
I smell the fresh breeze of the sea
I wish to sail on the oceans of the earth
And once again I wanna break free

I want to lay on my deck again
Waiting to reach my shore
For I know now how sordid my life is here
In the conurbation - bore to the core

I want to hold the sail of my life again
Waiting to turn the wave
I want to flee from this valley of languor
Boyish, Preposterous and naïve.

Hold my wheel and take my course
and face the glimmering rays of the sun
I want to live the life of a lion again
And not like a dead venison.

For life here is full of pain and uncouth
In the veil of ignorance and bleak
And once again I wanna break free my friend
And be strong again yet meek.

I came in here and fell in love
With the avaricious life of sprawl
I gaffed the step of misconstruing
Pals glee for the lifeless howl

Disheartened and dejected now
I call o mother sea
Take me back in your arms again
And help me to be glee

I am better of now a Man in Uniform
I am better to be a soldier
I am better to be a Man at least
And not a dog lost in this welter.

For now I say adios my pals
Its time to say goodbye
I am sorry I could not stay out here
I wanted to smile but I had to sigh

I only thank my deity for enlightening me
With the muddiness of life here
For now I know how spotless we are
Standing in front of death and bare.

The sun will rise and the sun will set
And I wish to see the sun,
From the Deck of my Ship with the coffee mug in my hand
And the ship under my hone.

And I will train a thousand young souls
Wearing crispy white uniform
Teach them to be a man and above all
A true respectable Human.

And when my day ends on the shore of life
I will pack my bags for sure
To take my long walk for which I wait
Away from aching and sore

For I will see my mother waiting
To take me back in her arms
And kick the bucket with my dirty boots
Kiss goodbye to all mourns.
