Math and Relationships.
Simple addition by means of subtraction.
Relationships are higher math
With numbers more complex than heartbeats.
The digits stretch seven decimal places,
Confusing and misleading,
They are a " Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally"
Of blind (but systematic) emotions.
" I love you"
But like a man stuck in the house for too long
" I need to be away from you"
To grow.
Your arms that would cuddle, caress and console
Begun to wrestle, withhold and whisk away
Freedoms I can again treasure.
I am a half divided by a half
That is now whole again
...whole again.
