I was better off before
I don’t know what is worse
If I’m blind and in the light
At least if I’ve never seen
I’ll always think its night

Maybe Romeo and Juliet
Really got it right
If only for a second
They got to see what might

So go ahead and quit
Give up without a fight
Surely I was better off
Before I had no sight
