Life is what we make of it
My names is Sophia. I'm 18, and I live in a very small, southern 1920's like town where everybody knows everybody. This is the absolute worst town any teenager could live in, you can't even walk outside without getting mugged, rapped or forced to buy nasty bootleggers from random men. It's probably so small, you can't even find it on the map, mean less to say very boring. My parents both have hard working jobs, but my mother recently lost hers during the depression our town is going through, yet alone the world. My papa makes enough to support us, hopefully. Not even a day after my mother was let go, I was walking up to the old bakery to geet fresh dough for our early lunch we have when Ms.Gray, the shortest, nosiest, meanest lady you will ever meet greeted me with "So I hear ya ol' mommy lost her job ay? she said with a laugh at the end.. Not saying a word back to her i dropped what dough i had in my hand on the floor and rushed home. I wasn't embarrassed, not one bit. Just terrified my family was in danger of this depression and we may lose all we have like the other families living here. Just what i need, i thought. I already hate going to school because of the kids picking on my clothes, now i can't even go to the damn bakery. Once i reached my front door steps I walked past our newest neighbor, Lyndy Sassberry. She had an empty basket in her hand and a smile on her face. "Well, hello you beautiful little lady." She said in a hurry home. "Hey ms.sassberry, and why thank you" I walk in to see my family getting ready to say the blessing. I squeezed my way through the door, and sat at the table, joined hands with my father. Not telling my family what had happened at the bakery, to keep the peace, we overall had a great dinner, and the next day momma got rehired. After all things can't get so bad.

Moral of the story: God wont throw anything at you, that you can't handle.
