Starlight gaze
Drifting
Falling
Into a memory
Falling
Inside the light
Just barely aware
Sweet embrace of night.

Starlight haze
Starlight gaze
Casting
Shadows
On the walls
Of my heart
Outlining the doors
Of my soul.

Starlight haze
Starlight gaze
Drifting
Into
A twilight serenade
Sheltered
Wrapped in the warmth
Of your embrace.
