A poem about life...
I steal a moment from a busy day,
To find life has taken us all which way?
And as I stop and stare, at that I’ve found,
One sees how life has thrown us,
Thrown us, round and round.

For the sands of time have flowed through us all,
Like the windswept trees of summer through fall;
The plains where I stand, are not mine own,
But I am here, I am here, for this is where life has shown.

We’re all guided, led yonder there,
By life, and its idle thoughts sending us where.
And while some of us may in the dusty canyons reside,
Some are led to mountains, high above,
High above where none may hide.

For life controls us, day by day,
Constantly showing us, leading us, guiding us the way;
All taking different paths, where we may someday meet,
Or perhaps never again, shall we ever by chance greet.

But know this, that we are led where,
Wherever we are meant to go, be it here or there;
For life, she knows, and she shows us the way,
She knows where we are going,
With each passing second, each minute,  each hour,  each day.
