Seen from the outside
Pushed too far, snapped inside
Cry for help, too much to hide
So much to hold, no help in sight
No one to care, giving up the fight
Try to have hope, to get a grip
But the seams stretched tight and it's starting to rip
Choking on pain, hung by despair
Reaching up through the dark, still no one is there
Waiting in silence, fasting of life purifies
But the soul slowly starves. the heart slowly dies
There isn't always an answer, paths aren't always clear
Just take a deep breath...
and let go of the fear
