The aftershock of something falling apart
You know you're depressed
When you see God in a cigarette
Or a bottleneck
Does that really mean less
Than the Cross on your bedroom door
Don't come here no more

Did You Forget
That Holy sign
Your Rose-Marked neck
The Cleansing sweat
That entwined us both
like a Sacrement
No I won't repent

Did You Forget
About the days and nights
I hate these nights
I'm kept awake
By your Holy Ghost
Running through my mind
