How many emotions do we cope with through out the course of the day
It’s six in the morning when my first emotion of the day wakes me up.I’m hung over from waking up 3 times during the night. That emotion was called frustration and it was causing me to become angry. So upon waking up I am already feeling an emotion that is going to make my day filled with misery. We have all had those nights and I know you are feeling what I am talking about. I don’t even have to describe them to you, you’re feeling them already. Ahhh sympathy is what you are feeling. So it that a good emotion to feel or a bad emotion to feel and how do you deal with that emotion?

Well for me I think sympathy is a good emotion to have. It showing me that I have compassion for others when they are unhappy or suffering.Do I like feeling sympathy for others? No, it makes me feel like crap. I wish there was something I could do to take their suffering away.So not only are we dealing with their emotion, we have one that just popped up in us. I guess it’s one of those emotions you can’t just stop but have to learn how to cope with it.

I get out of bed feeling exhausted from the disrupted sleep I just endured. The first thing I do is start making myself a double mug of coffee.Well I find out quickly that’s not happening when my grandson Jake tells me a fuse just blew.Feelings of anger and frustration take over my tired state of mind.I am at my worst when they take over especially when you just crawled out of a warm bed. This has been happening quite frequently with our fuses and knew it was getting time to think about upgrading. So I walk downstairs to the fuse box and find the fuse that blew. Here we go again I thought, its going to spark as I put the new one in so be prepared. I never prepared myself for the feeling of terror that was going to sneak up on me.FIRE!!!
