Personal Memoir Poem
Always the lost boys.
Dark angels of desire.

Wondering stars woven in my eternal night.
Haunting my dreams, piercing my soul,

Marked on my body, tattooed on my heart.

Promise me tonight.
Never-ending brokeness, relentless addiction,

Enraptured by your underworld, wondrous loss, heartbreak untold.
Boundless love, constant sorrow.

Dreaded dawn interrupts sleepless nights.
Some will never know ever after.

My immortal beloved.
You will always be mine.
Always and never.
