Time, closing chapters, and the loss of love all in the form of a cinquain.
Time heals

Is what they say.

Time brings all things to be,

Just as it brings all things to end.

Like love...



Heartbreak,

Just part of life,

Nothing more, nothing less.

As one heart moves on, the other

is crushed.



This love,

Not meant to be,

Just a passing moment,

Beautiful only when it lasts,

Gone now.



Time ends

All I wanted,

Closing this last chapter,

The happiest in my whole life.

Finished.



Next time,

It could be mine,

That happiness I seek,

The love of one who I love too.

I wait.
