Flash Fiction about a person's journey for food.
Everything was dark and desolate. I have no idea what I have gotten myself into. It was late and I was on the hunt for food, when suddenly I came into this chamber of darkness. Smoke filled the air as I wandered around the bleak area. I freaked out because I thought I had walked into a spider web, but it turned out to be a loose wire. It all seemed like some sort of dream, and an uncertain one at that. After a couple of minutes I sat on the ground, placed my hands over my aggravated and seemingly malnourished face, and with no light in sight, said to myself, “I really need to put more light switches in this garage.”
