Big Tex up and died but he's coming back bigger and better than ever.
  Big Tex bit the dust
  Got a short in his wires
  and got fried
  Big Tex bit the the dust
  Got a short in his wires
  and up and died

  As far as I'm concerned
  He's only sleeping
  So dry them eyes
    and stop your weeping

  Big Tex just bit the dust

  Taller than ever
  Yea, he'll back
  Bigger and better
