Written after we were blessed with our second daughter SHREYA
A Commitment

Waves of happiness
                             have kissed our shores,
whispering a bounty
                             for the longing souls.

Knowing thy aegis
                             has stayed in our course,
hearts and minds
                             did blossom to the fore.

Chants of thy words
                             shall remain in our chores,
as we tread past
                             hurdles in our chequered roads.

Humble shall we be
                             and eschew ‘mores’,
not to be weaned
                             from the “Source”.
