Forced telepathy could be good, but for what?
In the year 2381 medical science creates a breakthrough that only dreams could imagine. If you knew what someone was thinking, or what they were about to do before they did it, or are they lieing, or telling the truth, or do they mean you harm, could you prevent the action? Could you make change?

The Censor was such a person...

Police officers of the future would be, Judge, Jury, Attorney. If you were a criminal you would be judged for your crime by a Censor.

Brandon Sturgeon was a Censor. He would be inducted into the Corp at the age of 14 and he was the first. Medical science would need a test subject and they would wait and see. Two people would be given the Cere-Chip, a Male and a Female.

Rochelle Alexander was the second subject both of which would be given the chips at puberty. Brandon was 12 and Rochelle 13.

This is a story of those Officers and their beginning days and their struggle.

#1. The Beginning of thoughts.
