A poem about the process of my meditation.
In the stillness of night, I relax,
when my stress level is at the max.
When I have emotion, stress, and pain,
built up in every part of my body and brain.

I close my eyes and start to breathe,
hoping that my body, I could just leave.
My chest rising and falling with every instance,
starting the cycle with no resistance.

I exhale all of the negative, in all the rest,
cleansing my body and mind, just keeping the best.
I dream of open fields, sunshine, and tranquility,
exactly where I want to be, had I the ability.

There is nothing more to say, only silently create,
that beautiful feeling I get when I meditate.
