when times are hard God is near
Resting on His wings

The week is hard, I wish it would end.
Don't feel like anything
Stuff bothers me
He is drawing near

People are negative and are pulling me down.
I look for positiveness and hope
I look for loving eyes and care
I can hear His wings

Times are tough and stress is weighing me down.
Finance, politics, people,
Responsibilities
He is carying me

O Lord
The warmth of Your heart
The force of Your wings
Higher and higher

Away doubt
Away fear
Away stress
God is near
