Child interaction with company at their home.

"Want to see my marble collection?"
She always asked when company came.

Today the answer was,
"Sure kid, maybe later
before I leave"

Anxiously she reached
for the elephant, and the donkey vases
which were the keepers of her
sparkling treasures

Anxious and impatient she could
hardly contain her eagerness to
display them to anyone who'd look

Finally it was time!
"Nice marbles kid
You've got quite a collection

"Want to help me count them?
Last count I had a hundred and two"

"I would if I had time
I really have to go
Maybe next time I'll have
more time."

"Okay Mister",
She said disappointingly
Just then
a large "Cat Eye"
caught a sunbeam,
bouncing
it's rays
across the room

A big smile lite up her face!
